These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Member," "you," "your") and ph8ph8 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") when you access or use any service available at ph8ph8.net. By registering an account or placing any bet on ph8ph8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
5Betting Rules and Game Policies

If a sporting event, esports match, or Sabong fight is cancelled or postponed and does not resume within the declared settlement window, affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. In accumulator bets, the voided selection will be removed and the remaining selections recalculated. ph8ph8's decision regarding event outcomes and settlement is final.
5.4 Sabong-Specific Rules
All Sabong bets on ph8ph8 are placed in real time on licensed cockfighting events. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the presiding game administrator at the licensed venue. In the event of a technical stream failure that materially affects betting, affected bets during the outage period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by ph8ph8's settlements team.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Bet
Minimum bet amounts vary by game category and are displayed at the point of bet placement. ph8ph8 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for individual members or across certain markets without prior notice, particularly where betting patterns suggest irregular activity.
6Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Rules
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ph8ph8 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms will take precedence for that offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Most ph8ph8 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the minimum total betting turnover required before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free bets that carry an expiry date will be removed from your account automatically if the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to track expiry dates for any active bonuses on your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or sell any part of the ph8ph8 platform or its content without express written permission from ph8ph8. Scraping of odds data, game results, or any other platform content for commercial or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.
10Limitation of Liability

11Account Closure and Termination

Before closure is processed, any outstanding bets will be settled, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.
11.2 Closure by ph8ph8
ph8ph8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without notice in cases involving violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete verification, or dormancy (accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months). 11.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. ph8ph8 will attempt to contact you on your registered email and mobile number before applying any dormancy fees or closing the account. A monthly dormancy administration fee may apply after the dormancy period is triggered.
12Amendments to These Terms
ph8ph8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The effective date of the current version is always displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the ph8ph8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
